    Or do I have to go get those commercially (Prestone etc.) available coolants? They come in different colors ano ba ok?

    Coolants have anti-rust and anti-boilover additives. Typically any will do. Just check how much water you have to mix with the coolant. Typical wuold be 50/50 mix but there are some that might require a different ratio.

    Meron ding variants which are ready to use (No water needed, pre-mixed na).

    But usually, I'd go for the concentratres, I think they give more bang for your buck.

    Just like concentrated juice drinks... mix it with water. You just don't drink the coolant mix.
