Do Exhaust Wraps really work?

thermal wraps are more for the stainless steel headers. mabilis kasi maginit stainless kesa sa black iron. the problem naman with black iron, bilis kalawang. hehehe

actually, same lang naman if SS or iron headers, it will still reduce underhood temps.

Stockk cast-iron manifolds are good at absorbing heat because of the mass of the material, but I'm not convinced that tubular iron would be categorically better than stainless steel... which is prettier and lasts much longer, IMHO.

plus the iron is so much heavier.
