Gas or Diesel these cars will be a lot cheaper in the long run kaysa taxi ka ng taxi. :P

Another difference I noticed with the diesel turbo, pagka expressway drives, medjo babantayan mo speed mo kasi habang nag spoo-spool yung turbo, pabilis ng pabilis kaya once in a while, kailangan mag ease off sa pedal. Ang gas engine, mas madali i-control yung speed.

my diesel innova has a heavy gas pedal.. in the expressway, i have to put conscious effort into pressing it to maintain 80 kph, lest i gradually slow down to 60 or 40 kph..
in my gas sedans, the ride is so smooth and effortless.. i try to maintain 80 kph, but i find out suddenly that i am already doing 120 kph.. !

Will take several years pa rin to enjoy he benefit of cheaper fuel. Diesel engines are more expensive to manufacture thus making the car more expensive than an equally equipped gasoline counterpart. Case in point Hyundai Accent 1.4L E vs Accent 1.6L Crdi. The diesel version costs more by around 80k.

Thanks!

some petrol engine is also equipped with turbo some even have dual turbo setup(super charger?)... my point is regarding kahit anong auto yan dapat talagang magingat tayong lahat.
