Tama sila. Sa first baklas SOP is to check warpage kasi hindi naman basta kakalas ang gasket kung ok ang head or block. Also ask your mechanic if he knows the torque sequence, setting and type. Looks like malaki na ang warpage ng head since inurong na ang valves. Check if the head has reached its service limit in terms of thickness.
