How are you reading the 96°C? That's still normal operating temp.

106-110°C is borderline and above 110°C can be considered overheating.

So it's either the measured temp is wrong or it's an instrumentation problem.

weird thing is, fan is only triggered at 95c coolant temp; with a coolant temp warning in dash.
when i was testing this way back, my temp went upto 98c but still no temp warning sign in dash. only since monday it started doing it (temp warning as early as 95c).

tried cleaning this with wd40 then brake cleaner
nada
still triggers the fan to run * 95c with temp warning ...
how to set the aux fan to run at maybe 88c? [emoji848][emoji848]
