On turbo-equipped vehicles, make sure you use a reputable air filter suitable for your vehicle to prevent turbo damage. Filters for this particular application should be rigid enough to maintain its shape, even at WOT.
There had been situations of air filters collapsing or disintegrating and getting sucked into the turbo.

April 6th, 2018 09:27 AM #17Anyone have tried js asakashi filters? I went to the MIAS yesterday and saw this brand.
Inquired for a Honda City 2010 model and gave me the following prices:
Air filter (A8503J) - Php130.00
Cabin filter (AC8503J) - Php140.00
Kindly share your experience whether its a good replacement vs those from CASA.
