    Nailabas na namin un sasakyan sa casa. Yung findings nila na papalitan daw ng engine ecu at etacs e di napo nagawa. Sabi ni SA humanap daw kami ng marunong bumasa ng diagram. Nakahanap kami ng mekaniko may chineck lang siya sa ilalim ng sasakyan. Ayun nag okay na sasakyan namin. Muntik na kami mapagastos ng 70k. Dahil napahiya un chief mechanic at SA ng casa pinagbayad nlng kami ng 1500 hehhee. Umamin din un chief mechanic na hindi daw sila nagtrouble shooting pero pinagdidiinan samin ni SA na dapat palitan daw un engine ecu at etacs.

    grabe talaga ito mga casa. Ginagawang standard yung "cabin disinfect" "bactoclean" Sinasamantala covid veeeerus.

    ginawa ang casa para takutin customer na hinid mahonor warranty if hindi papagawa.

    just like mga pyramiding eh scammer ang casa. From engine flush, engne treatment, fuel treatment...and now disinfect. Lahat ng pang-gagancho ginagawa.

    ang casa service advisor bow...... mga hindot makareach ng quota.

    i had similar storey.
    when i brought the car for the regular pms,
    the casa adviser mechanic said they cleaned my breaks and that i needed new brake pads.
    $$$ !
    i didn't have casa do them, as i had a suking breakman sa labas. breaks are no-brainer, naman.
    when i brought the car to my suki and asked him to clean them, front and rear,
    "makapal pa po."
    "kelan pa kaya huling binuksan yan?", i asked.
    "mukhang matagal nang hindi binuksan. madumi, eh."

    Kung lumusot yan until the next oil change, probably goes to show that any shitty brand oil filter is as effective as an OEM.

    i use mineral oil.
    i have oil and filter change every 5000 km, at the friendly gas station, hecho derecho.
    it costs me half the price of casa oil change, no waiting time pa.
    my car is way beyond warranty.

    I stick with casa kasi I like that they hatid sundo the car. Downside is cash payment

    cash para no paper trail... i wonder kung hatid sundo yan eh na DIY lang yan tapos fake PMS documentation na lang, and FYI pwede ang fake PMS documentation sa toyota because i have a 2021 innova and wala pa 1st PMS ay 9,000KM na ang naka lagay sa document kase ni reklamo ko yung out of alignment, kaya sa PMS documentation na hawak ko ang naka lagay ay 10KM, 15KM, 9,000KM, 1300KM, 5530KM, 10244KM and so on...

    cash because they can't bring their credit card terminal at my house naman. I have OR and documentation. I've also been with one SA for so many years.

    Mahirap mabuhay ng katulad mo kung lahat ng tao tingin mo iniisahan ka. It doesn't make sense for the car jockey, SA and customer care to collude for a measly amount of PMS? Also I ask for the extra oil back.

    Also, both my cars are old na but never had a major repair so kung fake ang PMS ko dapat madami ng lumabas na sira sa car ko

    Half the price? That's a good deal [emoji1666] When I do it outside, halos same lang ang inaabot sa akin, the only advantage is short wait time. Labor pa lang,swerte ka na makakuha ng 500, 800 na karamihan, plus 1k+ for oil and around 500 for filter and crush washer. Honda casa is 2k when they still had mineral oil package.

    1st time ko na exp eh, usually puro 2nd hand lang kotse namin, pero ngayon covid nag bigay ng bnew ang opisina, pinapili kame kung ano ang gusto namin na within sa budget basta mag pasa lang kame ng official sales quotation/proposal, actually may signs kaso pinalagpas ko,

    sa alabang ang sign eh parang mali ang computation, too good to be true, kaya nag confirm pa ako sa kanila kung tama ba ang computation nila, sabi tama daw

    sa BGC, yung 2 months waiting sa parts na galing lang naman sa sta rosa laguna ang sign, kaso yun lang ang accredited ng insurance kaya no choice

    sa bicutan eh pag pasok ko pa lang eh parang magulo ang systema yun na yung sign kaya hindi ko na tinuloy

    sa bacoor ang sign ay okay lang ng okay yung ahente kaya nga namin dinocument ang deal sa bond paper na may official quotation proposal, ayun sa dulo ay lolokohin pala kame pero armado na kame ng ebidensya, yun lang di ko na isip na igaganti pala eh ang pagkawala kopya ng TPL policy

    sa las pinas ang sign ay trapik duon kase ginagawa ang kalsada, pero pinilit ko pa din kase ipit na ako sa sched, kailangan ma change oil na at ibabyahe na namin ng malayo

    sa sobra dami ng toyota sa pinas eh kahit maka kuha ka pala ng slot sa smartphone app ay may posibilidad pa ma bump off ka (uso din ang overbooking)

    ang matindi nyan, ang opisina nag bigay sa amin ng bnew na kotse ay supplier ng parts/services ni toyota sta rosa laguna pero hindi kame duon sa department na yun, bilang gantinpala eh binibigyan kame ni toyota ng 5k pesos yearly for 4 years bilang rebate sa kotse. ito company car ngayon kase sa opisina ay naka pangalan sa empleyado dahil sa no contact policy ng gobyerno. kung sakali sa opisina naka pangalan ito kotse ay baka iba ang treatment... nung lumabas kase yung cheke na pang bayad sa toyota bacoor eh nagulat sila kung baket opisina/employer namin ang nag issue ng cheke

    my toyota casa experience has been largely un-eventful. sa isang dealer lang ako pumupunta.
    over the years, i have purchased three brand new vehicles from them.

    sa dami ng casa horror stories na nagkalat dyan eh siguro meron din sa inyo, di nyo lang na pansin... nasaakin nga ba ang problema? sa itsura pwede, para kasi napaka inosente ng itsura ko na parang madali lang lokohin...

    Parang standard na ata sa lahat ng CASA na i disconnect ang dashcam.

    Sa akin hindi naman. Patay makina kapag sineservice. Pero kita ko sa recording ng dashcam kung saan-saan sya napunta sa loob ng service area. Same din nung pinarepair ko yung tail gate namin. Yun lang talaga kinailangan disconnect kasi baklas salamin sa likod. Pero yung front cam ko, buong oras na pinaandar ang sasakyan eh recorded lahat.

    Ang malas mo naman. Maganda naman feedback sa BGC and Bicutan sa Tsikot. Ang alam ko Toyota Alabang talaga marami anomalya

    wala pa naman akong naging problema sa Honda GH.. more than 5 yrs na ako don nagpapa pms.. kahit out of warranty na.. may window sila sa customer lounge so kita yung mga ginagawa.. tapos binbalik nila yung lalagyan nang mga oil / fluids.. change oil lang and oil filter every 6 months.. regular oil lang nga pinalalagay ko pero since this year wala nang regular oil.. synthetic oil na lang ang FS oil..

    ahh one time.. hindi pa nila nalagay yung CVT fluid sa bill.. nung tinanong ko yung SA ko.. ok na daw yun.. mas mapapagalitan daw sila pag pina habol pa nila sa bill.. eh di free yung cvt fluid ko..
