Caltex with Techron vs. bottled fuel injector cleaner, like STP - do they have the same effect?

I'd stay away from bottled injector cleaners if i were you. Most modern EFI engines do not need these cleaners. Please refer to the Car Bibles website and do a search on fifth gear, it does not do anything to your engine, and may reduce km/l fuel consumption at the least.

I popped in a fuel injector cleaner 2 weeks ago when my engine was making this strange sound, we initially thought it was dirty injectors for my FD but it was due to the engine mounts pala. Anyway, i've noticed smoother engine running, increased low end torque and better FC. I guess a bottle wouldn't hurt every 10K km. I use ordinary unleaded fuel

No need. Just do a tankful of Blaze or V-Power every few tanks if you want the same effect.

Using Blaze is like doing a double-espresso shot of fuel cleaner... it's so potent that it causes hard-starting for some, so you may want to dilute it 50:50 with regular gasoline.

But if your motor likes Blaze, like mine does... it's great.

nabasa ko kasi, buwan ang itatagal bago mapanis gasoline ngayon dahil sa ethanol, naranasan ko ito sa gen set namin, nag dumi at nagka kalawang yung carb, kaya Petron blaze na lang nilalagay namin (assuming walang ethanol), hanggang ngayon, kahit 3 months hindi i load testing gen set, umaandar agad.

may pang coding kaming sasakyan, Wed at Fri/Sat lang siya nagagamit tapos tambay na ulit. kapag hind pa ako nag rerefill ng fuel, hindi siya responsive, pero kapag kaka refuel lang, konting tapak lang, responsive na siya.

weekly ako magpa gas, P500, Caltex Silver lagi ko pinapa karga, paranaque to manila via roxas blvd lang route, around 40kms (balikan)

gusto ko sana subukan yung Techron na nasa bote baka mag improve. may nakagamit na?

this isnt too bad if you follow fhe recommended oil change interval and the recommended break-in.

Kasi pagkakaintindi ko sa ganyan, yung injector cleaners dumadaan sa fuel lines kaya may iba na yung dumi sa fuel filter napupunta. Then kapag lumagpas na, it goes doon sa combustion process in which ang ending sa exhaust dapat lalabas unless may problem na yung engine.
