The best solution ay palitan yun lumang or nanigas na mga valve seals. Hindi maganda ang sealing kapag matigas yun rubber. Kaya nasisira ang valve seals ay dahil overheating ng engine.

Ang simple way para malaman kung sira valve seals ay tangalin muna spark plug at tignan kung may oil or oil na sunog sa spark gap nito. Pa Top Overhaul muna engine bago palitan ng mga spark plug.

there is a way to change the valve seals without removing the cylinder head. if you lap the valves, the clearance will change and the adjusting shims are a PITA (pain in the ass) to change.
