the gas flow of PCV systems start from filtered ambient air, goes into the crankcase, mixes the ambient air with blowby gases and fumes of engine oil vapors inside the crankcase, pulled into the intake system and the blowby gases diluted with air and oil fumes are introduced into the combustion chambers to be oxidized. the fumes do not go straight to the exhaust pipes

Venting blow-by gases via the exhaust pipe is exactly the same as venting the blow-by gases directly into atmosphere.

Just add oil catch bin to your stock PCV routing.
