i tried both. mas effective yun hard break in. pero hanggang 100 kph lang. masgumanda performance ng makina compare dun sa soft break in.

I drive the car normally. No use babying the car. Just follow the manual.
No unnecessary hard acceleration, don't stay at one speed for extended periods of time.
For the first 300 km I try not to go past 4000 rpm. Until around 800 km I didn't push the car to redline, but I gradually accelerate to about 160 kph. From 800-1000 I pushed a little more but not sustained speeds. After 1000 km PMS yung totoong hataw na top speed for extended periods.Last edited by jut703; July 11th, 2015 at 10:49 AM.

Plus ... avoid sudden starts and stops. Don't overload, avoid going steep uphill with heavy load.

July 12th, 2015 09:43 AM #7Bro what i can advice is to read the owner's manual. Follow what is written and your car will be fine. That is your best bet and one of the most important thing that a new car owner failed to do. Wag ka masyado ma overwhelmed sa advice ng iba since not everyone is the same. Some may work for others car but it doesn't mean it'll work for your car.

July 12th, 2015 10:57 AM #10Sa case ko simple lang yung instructions sa manual, keep revs between 2-3k, no towing, or racing the engine.
