January 23rd, 2012 09:21 AM #1My ride is crv 2001.
During daytime driving ok naman temperature gauge ko. I noticed that during nighttime driving lumalagpas sa half yung temperature needle. Akala ko may problema sa radiator ko. Pina-overhaul ko tuloy. Finally, I traced the connection with the headlights.Last night , when I was already parked napansin ko na lagpas sa half yung needle. When I switch off the headlights para mas lumakas yung ilaw sa dashboard, bumaba pero lagpas pa rin sa half. Eventually it went back to the halfway position. Upon further observation, the temperature shoots up kasabay ng pag-on ng fan kapag naka-on ang headlights.
Is this a problem with grounding? How can I fix this?
Thanks.
