is your airconditioner working properly? is your hi/lo pressure switch connected this is located near the firewall on the passenger side)?
. unplug and try connecting a 4 kilo ohms resistor between terminals of the coolant sensor terminal. this is located next to the thermostat housing

    Chief mudspit,

Either the engine coolant temperature sensor or the radiator fan relay are defective already. Have checked / replaced by a specialist.

have the pcm scanned both cold engine and normal engine temperature while the engine is running, ask for the pcm readout of the engine coolant temperature sensor (ECT) if the sensor is not giving the right signal, the pcm goes into safe mode and runs the radiator fan continuously
