mga sir. need ba talaga ng 2SM or 3SM for an Innova Diesel fed. 2012 Innova G, stock naman lahat ng electronics. Head unit with back camera lang pinaka upgrade.

I dont understand kung bakit need mag upgrade ng battery size pag tumatanda na un sasakyan lalo pag diesel kung Direct Injection naman makina?

our 12 year old diesel innova has always had 2sm battery. the last battery, a cheap champion by motolite, lasted 4 1/2 years. it was driven on longer routes.
our 4 year old diesel innova, had exactly the same battery, but driven only short routes (less than 6 km). the battery lasted 13 months.

so, no. i do not think there is a correlation between vehicle age and battery size requirement. other factors are probably at work.
