if your idle up is working, you wouldn't have to tinker with your idling rpm setting.

rpm drops when braking? sounds like your idle air bleed screw is too tight. this might also be the reason for the nginig.. open her up by 1/2 to 3/4 turn counterclockwise.. but if there is no improvement, ibalik mo sa original setting, para isa-isa mong ma-shoot the trouble..
