Just for one particular door or for all four doors?

red light na parang bukas na kotse sa gauge ang nawala lahat ng door pag binuksan mo hindi mag aalaram pati yung light ng door light sa itaas ng roof hindi rin umiilaw

You might be right on thinking it might be the relay or fuse. Generally there is a relay and fuse box in the engine bay and another fuse box near the steering wheel column. You'll have to check the labels/diagram.

sir ala pong label regarding sa fuse sa loob at labas ng car ko di tala cya nag sisiren pag naka-on yung door it means di nya nadedetect yung door na open pati yung indicator light ala din

For me it could only be the door indicator fuse. Try checking again the fuse box inside the cabin. If you cannot find the fuse thru the label. Try checking each and every fuse.
