    Help sirs, lagi kasing mabilis maginit at sobrang init to the point na bumababa baba ang rpm ko.

    bago po lahat, bosch coil, sparkplug, wires, contact point and condenser.

    Lalong lumala un nagpalinis ako ng carb. Up and down ang rpm, nagiging stable lang siya sa 1k rpm ang idling.

    Saan po kaya ang problem. thanks.

    you need to know the current flowing thru the ignition coil. it should not be over 5 amps. make sure that the coil is connected on the battery side (not on the alternator side).

    let an electronic technician or expert car electrician assemble a transistorized ignition system. or, buy a surplus 'igniter' )conventional type) - three wire variety. for the 4wire, it needs to be modified.

    need an schematic diag for a simple 2 transistor xtorized system? if no diag available, let me be in
    contact with your electrician and i will email him one. yong simple lang, ha? personally, i would prefer a cdi to be connected to your conventional system. it offers a higher hv (up to 40kv and lower current consumption. medyo madugo nga lang ang modification and assembly.

    dahil ang motto kO ay K.I.S.S , a basic nippon denso 'igniter' is your best bet. hope this helps.

    Ganito ba sir un sinasabi ng mechanic ko, mawawala na ang contact point and magkakaron ng igniter pero un coil ko pa din ang gagamitin?

    Pa check mo actual dc voltage sa mismo battery terminals. Dapat hindi lagpas ng +14V habang ummandar makina or kung nag rev.

    Palit ka na rin ng distributor cap kung sobra luma. Naka cause ng overheat sa ignition coil at igniter kung loose contact na gitna contact ng rotor.
