have been a fiamm user for 5 years. ok naman. not so loud. tamang-tama lang sa mga pasaway na driver at pedestrians.and lastly, mura pa! cost around PHP700 sa banawe, kasama install.
My car's stock Bosch horns with the 400Hz and 335Hz tones have been great. The ones sold there sa Banawe are higher pitched I think 420Hz which gives it a higher tone than the ones I have.
Mine is Stebel magnum lang bought for 1200 plus installation and relay na,then nag diy me tapped me orig stock horn from nissan,ba okey tunog ang lakas, gulat mga pasaway na drivers and tao, pati nga baka dito sa amin napapatabi nya![]()
ok kaya 2 cow horn sa sedan. cow horn yun tunog old school horn, usually maririnig nyo nakakabit sa mga motor. Sa wag lang sana ituring akong motor sa kalsada
curently have a fiam horn on my starex.. and an air horn just like the ones on buses and trucks... have an ARB air compressor and an air tank installed to store air,, the horn is so loud.. just like the bus horns.. it evn scares some buses too.. heheheh

uso uso kasi busina eh, dati nauso yun 2sets of bosh europa horn..bing bing. ganda din...=)
I auditioned these 2 Bosch Supertones in Ace Hardware. I don't see any difference in the type and volume of the sound given by each. The silver one (Europa?) on the left though is more expensive than the black one on the right which I believe is the stock horn of the early 80s Benzes. Mukhang mas sealed yung silver one unlike the black which has curved slits where water and mud could possibly build up. Casing lang kaya ang pinagkaiba nila?
i just had a stebel nautilus installed last friday. cost me P1450 sa banawe kasama relay and a separate switch para mapili ko kung yung stock or yung stebel ang gamit ko.
kaya lang parang di ako satisfied. yes it's loud. kaya lang it has that airhorn sound kaya parang di bagay sa car (civic 98). saka parang mas nakakagulat pa yung stock horns ko. beep beep sound na mas matining yung stock whereas deep bass sound yung stebel (parang mas bagay sa big suv).
ano ba magandang malakas na beep beep sound na horn? baka papalitan ko na lang ito (anyone for a trade?)
ok na ang stebel nautilus ko. it seems that the relay that was used is not adequate. 15A lang yung rating. buti napansin nung electrician. pinalitan ng 30A.
changed my stock to the last of the bosch horns above (yung pinaka-right sa pinakababa). now i have two loud horns. pasaway na drivers beware!!! pero dapat responsible user pa rin ako at ingat ingat lang sa paggamit at baka pagtripan ng traffic enforcer
Hate to disappoint, but this is how the stock horn of the old MB's looks like
Rated at 400Hz for the high, 335Hz for the low. See more here http://www.autohausaz.com/search/pro...&gid=1060*Horn
