Help pls.im new here in tsikot my 97 gli corolla automatic transmission ang bilis ma drain ng battery (battery is 6 mnths old)alternator pina check ko na rin ok nman,pina check ko na rin sa auto electrician wala nman dawgrounded na cable ,overnyt lng ubos agad battery sa umaga d na magstart,ginagawa ko n lng inaalis ung isa cable sa battery sa gabi,may nag advice sa akin yun daw ang sakit ng mga matic,pls help for possible problems thanks..and more power

November 1st, 2010 12:38 AM #5Hindi sakit ng matic yung mabilisang pagdischarge ng battery. Either may factory defect yang nabili mo (pwede mo papalitan since dapat under warranty pa yan) or may electrical malfunction ang kotse na kumakain sa charge ng battery kahit na patay ang makina.
Kung after mo alisin yung battery cable overnight at kinabukasan pag reconnect at discharge pa din, battery na ang may defect. Pero kung malakas ang charge ng baterya, malaki chance na nasa kotse ang problema (check yung alarm system kung meron).

Thanks for the reminder sir ghosthunter newbie here hindi na maulit,regards on my problem battery brand is Motolite enduro, since under warranty ibinalik ko dun sa dealer pina factory test nila it takes two weeks and yung pina service na battery same problem din sir so its not the battery..

Yes sir it will start sa umaga so i think the problem is on the car we try also to disconnect the alarm overnight without disconnecting the battery cable same problem pa din sir,maybe your right na may electrical malfuntion ung kotse ..thanks for the reply much appreciate....

December 2nd, 2010 11:47 PM #10Medyo same tayo ng problem. Kaso, mga 3-4 days ko kelangan indi gamitin ung auto bago ma-drain at indi mag-start. Dami nagsasabi na palitan na agad ung battery, pero kabibili lang at wala na ko receipt. Naka-ilang series na rin ako ng battery at minsan nanghihiram ng battery para lang i-start, tapos salpak ulit ung battery ko para ma-charge. Ayun, ayos naman, nakaka-punta naman ako ng office at nakakabalik ng bahay.
Then, me nagsabi sa kin na i-check ko ung voltage. So tumakbo ako ng 20kms papunta office, bukas aircon at radyo, na-charge naman sya, 12.6v. Then iniwan ko at ni-check ng lunch, mga 12.4V. Tapos 12.3V na lang mga 6pm bago umuwi. Sabihin kaya nito, me malaking electric load pa auto ko habang patay?
Okay rin siguro bumili ng ammeter, para malaman kung gano kalaking kuryente tumatakbo habang patay makina.
D ko nga lam kung kaya ng electrician or kung me matiyaga bang electrician na pdeng maghanap ng electrical load na nakaka-drain ng battery kung patay ang makina.
