also with my car, same problem but faulty alternator they replace another one ayun one click agad start na!

Follow up question lang po sana rito sa thread. I'm experiencing the same problem with my 1998 Honda City. Madaling mag-start sa umaga then after going to church or mall 2-4 clicks bago mag-start ulit. Nagcra-crank lang pero di tumutuloy sa pag-start until the 3rd or 4th try. Ang catch lang pag nag-start na, hindi siya agad maka-rebolusyon. Kahit tapakan yung gas pedal, di nagrerebolusyon yung engine. Yung tunog nung engine parang mag-o-off siya hanggang sa eventually mag-off nga siya. Susubukan ko ulit i-start tapos ganun ulit tunog nung engine hanggang eventually kakatapak ko ng gas pedal e magrerebolusyon na rin siya.

Kakapalit ko lang ng battery nung Feb tapos as of Feb this year ok pa naman daw ang alternator. Ano po kaya ang pwedeng sira at magkano kaya aabutin ang pagpapaayos?

Pgm-EFI po ba model nung sa inyo?
Kapag Pgm-EFI po ang model, auto choke yan sa first start po.

sir, be respectfully advised, there are things that carbureted systems that are not used in electronic fuel injected systems. one is the choke, another is the dash pot or throttle return delay, the air fuel mixture heater, the high altitude compensator to name a few.

Base po sa nasabi nyo problema, marami po pwede paghanapan kung saan at ano ang nagdudulot ng problema.
Na-checked nyo na po ba ang fuel filter nyo? Kung hindi pa ito napalitan after a year or two have it replace. Check nyo rin po ang air filter nyo, kapag marumi, have it cleaned by air compressor in any service station.
