Grounded kaya?

Tsikot experts, hingi lang ako ng advice regarding my car's electricals... pag naka-engaged kasi yung signal light ko going to the left, normal yung interval ng blinking nya, but once i step on the brakes while the left turn light is on, bumibilis yung interval.. pero pag going to the right nman, normal yung blinking interval even when i step on the brakes simultaneously. may nakapag advice sakin na tropa na grounded daw.. i went to a mechanic at ang pinagawa lang sakin eh magpalit daw ng bulb dahil malapit nang mapundi kaya nagkaganun.. i did exactly what he told me, pero ganun pa rin.. i also noticed na when i step on the brakes, yung left turn light indicator eh umiilaw pero mahina lang... ano kaya pwedeng problem and solution dito?

More than likely the ground on your taillights, brake lights and/or turn signals. Check connections to ground and clean. This might include removal of the turn signal lens and housing.This might also include removing the screw or bolt and cleaning contact surfaces with a small wire brush or sandpaper. Check also the contacts inside the bulb receptacle, make sure they are not corroded.
