Yes you can use a bosch coil (w/external resistor) in place of your existing 3-terminal ignition coil, connect the wire coming from the distributor (contact point) to the - (negative) of you bosch coil, connect the + (positive) wire (you can check this by removing the wire for the existing coil, connect a test light, and start the engine, it test light turns on this is the + (positive) wire connect it to the + positive of the bosch coil, connect the remaining wire from the previous coil, and put it into the external resistor (yun wala pang wire nakakabit, doon mo ikabit sa wlang wire).
