Well at the least, they're guilty of false advertising with their "Pangmatagalan".

The term is relative so I don't see any false advertising. Their claim is that their warranty period is "pangmatagalan". This is true. So true that it dies a few days after the warranty. No false claims. Just truth in advertising (sarcasm).
