mas mabigat Exide Sf sonic compared sa amaron pro.. probably by around 1-2kgs more...
nagka interest ako beside the fact na EXIDE gumagawa, eh dahil doon sa "new alloy post grid material" which is sa research ko eh C21 alloy with Barium...
eh furukawa japan batteries pala nag develop noon... so nasa fore front ng battery development ika nga.. ahahahaha...

mga L300 vans namin naka amaron na din lahat hehe so far ok naman in terms of price. benchmark kasi parati is motolite.

that depends.
you may try a cheap battery, as long as it's not a cheap battery.
cheap = mura presyo, kumpara sa kumpentensiya. but it's still good quality.
cheap = inferior quality. designed to maximize profit, at whatever cost.
some brands do sell a cheaper battery. it's given a different name, so as to avoid paying royalties, and probably, scrimp a bit on the manufacturing, but not too much. but it's still good quality. mine ("champ..." by motolite} was warrantied for 1 year, but it's been over 2 years and still going strong.Last edited by dr. d; April 9th, 2015 at 10:05 AM.

Even the best quality battery will not reach full life expectancy if:
There is no hold down or the battery is subjected to impact,
The temperature of the location is always hot,
The charging system is either overcharging or undercharging,
There are too many or too much current draw of additional electrical load other than the factory power loads. Too much borloloy strains the charging system,
And many short stop/start cycles

April 9th, 2015 11:30 AM #149current lead acid auto batteries deteriorate fastest, when they remain "discharged for long periods of time". nabasa ko (understood it, is different) that the sulphides that form during discharge, flake off and cause diminished ability to hold electrical charge.
the suggestion was, keep the battery fully charged at all times, especially when the vehicle will not be used for long periods of time.

Choice I would have made as well.
