^It most likely will, which is why Hyundai gets it for their brand new vehicles.

Our 2011 Santa Fe which we bought 2nd hand last February 2014 came with a 3SM Amaron battery. Not sure if the 1st owner ever replaced the battery, but we've never replaced it and it still starts fine. So, it would be around 3 years old at the very least, and potentially approaching 7 years old assuming that it is the same battery it came with from the factory. [emoji33]

    My Hi-Life 2SM lasted for 3 yrs 3 months

Annoying is, it just died while I was outside. It didn't give any indication it was about to fail, unlike the previous batteries I had.

    that's not un-common, po.
those "warning signs of impending battery failure", just do not occur sometimes.

pinatay ko engine. after a few minutes, ayaw nang umikit ang starter. buti na lang, MT siya at magaling kaming mag-push-start.

so after 151 pages and hours of reading, which is better longterm, motolite vs amaron, it seems most motolite models surpassed their warranty life compared to their amaron counterparts. this is with vehicles with normal electrical system..
    so any other recommendations?

My Fiesta's Amaron Pro is 25 months old already and still showing no signs of losing juice. I am buying one for my FXT also to replace the stock battery.

Philippines! Let's support one another. I'm looking forward for the day to come that Filipinos won't need to go abroad to work.

On the other hand, technical books coming from India are excellent like Theraja's Electrical Technology.

just bought a 2nd hand car 2 weeks ago. Amaron 2SM ang nakalagay na battery dito. Now habang nasa daan ako umilaw yung battery sensor sa dashboard, checked my car voltmeter 4.9 tas nag papalit ng 12.5 and 0.0A ang reading. Does this mean need ko na palitan itong battery. Naka limutan kong itanong sa pinag bilhan ko ng battery kung gaano katagal na itong Amaron battery nya?

and if ever papalitan ko may napansin akong Amaron shop ba ito dito sa may yakal sa may makati. Nasa magkano ang ranges ng battery nila and ma recommend nyo for my 06 Civic FD? heard and read good reviews sa battery na ito

My amaron is turning 43 months na. Medyo may signs of aging na, since madalas short distance trip lang ako. Pero pag medyo malayo takbo ko nagiging okay ung starting naman [emoji16]
Would try Panasonic on my next purchase
