engine code P1310 means #3 ignition coil is faulty , no igniter signal to the ECM

procedure to fix :

erase the code and start the car ,if p1310 comes back

switch the #3 coil to let's say #1 coil ,erase the code again and start the car .

if the code changes to p1300 ( coil # 1 problem) it's positive that the original #3 coil is faulty which is at # 1 now

if the code remains the same ( p1310 ) , suspect the signal wire to the ECM or the ECM itself.
