March 12th, 2013 01:24 PM #1I met an accident - Dec 31, 2012 so pina-tow ko sa casa for repair. Dalawang beses na-order spare parts kasi noong unang tingnan hindi pa nakita lahat na kailangan palitan. I think last week ng january yung latest order.

Ganyan talaga.

Front Right Quarter Panel nung unit namin inabot ng 3 weeks bago dumating. Di masyado nakakafrustrate dahil nagagamit namin yung unit habang hinihintay yung part.
I can feel your frustration dahil naka tengga yung unit mo sa casa.

Wheel bearings took more than 3 days, pagpapamachine shop and deliver from casa to warehouse where in fact kaya naman gawin yun maghapon, and the warehouse is just less than a kilometer away sa casa. Pag di kasi natututukan, napapabayaan eh.

March 13th, 2013 04:10 PM #5Last Summer of 2011, my Montero met an accident. It took 3 months for the casa to repair my Monty since matagal dumating shipment ng fender panel and bumper from Thailand. I even called the planta back then just to expedite the release of all parts since we need the Montero for the school year (service vehicle naming magkakapatid). In short, as what niky said, all car brands have that issue..

April 9th, 2013 07:40 PM #7Im looking forward to checking out the Traillazer pa naman.. Im just "Scared" Of the after sales experience or the cost of ownership. My instinct is go the common path and get a Montero or a Fortuner. If ever it will be costly baka Subaru Forrester na lang at least sulit yung investment

April 9th, 2013 09:13 PM #9I had the same problem before but with a different brand. It took too long to have the part that has to be replaced. But after contacting different casa, it turned out that may available pala sa ibang casa...
Lesson: try to contact different casas for the part/s needed if its available and purchase it from them. If still not available, try contacting genuine parts dealers, sometimes they can order abroad faster than the casa at a lesser price.
Is it true na may recall ang yaris cross hev recently regarding sunroof issue? Lol.
