baka nga hindi nka seat belt, srs(supplemental restraint sys?)airbags will only work pag naka seat belt kse it will do more harm to the driver kung nag deploy na naka un-buckle.

in the same note, yung exalta ng brother ko nag deploy yung airbag during a minor accident, he was travelling around 20-30 km/h, plus seatbelts (mabaho daw yung airbag )

Seatbelts will still inflate if the seatbelts are unbuckled. Kasama sa crash testing dati yun (unbuckled dummy).

But they are still a SUPPLEMENTAL restraint system. They are not seatbelt replacements.

Yup Daewoo sya, wala nang Daewoo sa US, so all Daewoo models are sent to Mexico and rebadged as GM products.

So they can pretty much do what they want.

Yung mga Suburban, badged as Holden nung nilabas sa Australia dati.

Ang mga Daewoo Racer of the mid-90's ay mga lumang Opel Vectra licensed to Daewoo.

The Chevrolet Cassia is a Suzuki Esteem.

basically ang airbag will deploy pag na-meet ng sensors ung mga requirement (solid ung kabangga, with certain kilometer, frontal collision and etc) pag nag brakes sya tapos bumangga? siguro ung speed limit na requirement hindi na-meet kaya hindi nag deploy. lahat naman ng airbag parepareho ang standards..

8kmh? american cars standard nila ung regenerating bumper 5mile or 8 kmh kung my nadikitan ka within that limit absorb nya ung impact para iwas dent, pero pag my dent ibig sabihin lagpas na sya sa range na yun.. d kc explain ng husto ng agent nyo sa optra.. sayang magandang unit d lang nila masabi ung tama.
