    they are still screwed

    the US economy is in deep sh*t

    car sales are down to 1980s level

    inventory is piling up

    the automakers can "restructure" all they want

    they can "innovate" all they want

    they can go "green" and "efficient" all they want

    they have no market

    they have no economy
