    Let me start with jeans stain on the seat which is impossible to remove specially on the lumber area

    Yes I noticed that too, the beige leather seats getting darker with longer use especially at the driver seat. One thing I also noted just today, the passenger leather seat was peeling and its only been 14 months new. Is it real leather or faux leather? I posted a pic of it in another thread TB 4x2 AT.

    cheap leather. our previous fort with leather didn't look like that.

    The perforated part is genuine actually good quality sift and smooth. The side is actually textured vinyl. I tried everything but to no avail. I knew it will have stains but not as easy and hard/impossible to remove. The leather on the fortuner is durable and more stain resistant but hard. The black now on the V is softer.
