PI_BLUE: what freebies did you get? Make sure to thoroughly check your new car before driving it home from the dealership.

for its price... it is a good deal overall.

just don't get one with a M/T as it really feels rubbery & sh*tty. hehe.

there's too much understeer when the car is pushed to the limit, but IMO it is acceptable since most car owners wouldn't even be going that far when driving their cars.

the interior is nice. makes the corolla & civic bland in comparison.

btw, C! magazine reports that both their long-term test drive 1.6L & 1.8L Optras are doing quite good.

Optra ng friend ko 3 days palang sira na alternator. Hirap na hirap siya magpapalit sa GM. Yung venture ng uncle ko just stalled after getting it brand new. I gues GM really is a Sh**ty car company. If you get these many complaints agains the brand, I think there's no value for money at all. IMO, just stick with the Jap brands for reliability and better aftersales service. Mukhang pick-ups lang ng GM ang ok eh.

...No offense to owners ha..just airing out my opinion on this. Sayang, gusto ko pa naan ang mga designs nila.

I think they also suggested to sell the car once the warranty runs out... if I remember correctly (at least for the 1.6 version)
