    Engines:
    296hp 3.6 liter DOHC V6
    416hp 6.2 liter OHV V8 (SS)

    The V8 SS model has a curb weight of 1700kg and a weight distribution of 52/48.
    Expect the new Camaro to have 6-speed manual and 6-speed Auto transmission options. The new Camaro rides on a long 112.3 in wheelbase.
    A 3rd engine is expected to be introduced, a V8 with less than 400hp.

    The 2010 Camaro should reach the US showrooms in 2009, no prices are available at the moment.

    Expect prices in the US to start in the low 20's for the base V6 model to around 30K for the sporty V8 model.

    I'm guessing the Camaro RS (sporty trim V6 model?) in the photos will start in the mid 20's.

    I think the v6 or RS models has 300HP and the v8 SS has 425HP with the manual transmission. still looks so heavy though.

    In the Philippines, Dodge vehicles (Durango, Journey, Nitro and Caliber) are sold at CATS Motors Inc's Chrysler dealerships (Greenhills and Makati) alongside Chrylser and Jeep models.

    CCC - Covenant Cars Caompany? when will they lauch the new camaro? I'm looking for their website but it seems they are not online yet? and no contact number available as well? =)

    It would be pretty awesome if CCC brought the Camaro over to our shores, but I'm kind of doubtful of that happening. If they did, I wonder how they'd price it? Most likely out of my budget, at any rate. sigh, darn luxury tax FTL, heh

    Chevrolet Philippines adjusted the price ng Camaro:

    RS 3.6 Liter V6:3,188,888

    SS 6.2 Liter V8:4,088,888

    May 5 year warranty nayan.

    Bagong steering wheel ang naka-equipped sa Camaro! Sana meron tayong ganyan but I guess this steering wheel looks like it was from a Chevrolet Cruze, which gives me an idea. Care that Camaro owners in the Philippines swap out their steering wheels from Chevy Cruze-derived steering wheels?

    I think parehas na nang steering wheel design ang 2011 Camaro at Cruze which is not really a bad idea..The old steering wheel ng Camaro is so terrible..

    when i first saw the steering wheel - wow kamukha nung sa cruze, i thought it was just me loving my own too much but i'm glad di lang pala ako nakapansin... hehehe
