Meron dati. I used to work for a multinational organization and they shouldered the tax. Pero tinanggal na yung benefit na yan.

When I came in they offered almost double the local counterparts. Pero ever since the company expanded pumantay na rin sila sa market average. But then I come from an industry na mababa ang average salary.

talaga lang ha? naghahanap kapa nang mataas na sweldo sa ginagawa mo?

Ganito talaga sa trabaho namin. Pag walang operations, nga-nga sa office the whole day. Pero pag meron naman, 3 days - 1 week wala sa office/bahay. Yes, kailangan pa din naman ng mas malaking sweldo, paano na ung mga extra operations ko sa mga pinupuntahan ko. Ang hirap din kaya ng ganito, sakit sa likod at puwet.

Ang satisfaction ng tao ay depende sa kanyang pagkatao.... Kung maluho ka talagang mamamatay kang walang satisfaction. Kumita ka ng maliit pinagkakasya mo yon na naka depende sa standard ng pamumuhay mo... Tataas ang income mo sasabay ang standard ng buhay mo... So in short ang tao ay walang satisfaction. Ang mga basurero kumikita tama lang o minsan kulang pa sa pagkain maghapon pero masaya sila. Ang iba... Kumikita ng malaki.... Gumagastos ng malaki pero hindi pa satisfy sa kinikita... Yung ibang pulitiko mayaman na.... Pero nagnanakaw pa ng pork barrell. Hahahaha.
