actually product after bubble economy. Govt spending had to replace the deflating asset price bubble. The govt had to be the inflator in the midst of wealth destruction. After years of govt spending, they're still unsuccessful in beating back deflation. It just keeps coming back

Remember it was Moody's who told us that MORTGAGE BACK SECURITIES are AAA cause the upper tranches were safe and they didn't consider the sub-prime side...

Sa DAGONG ako! China is more trustworthy of lending than the US. Do you want to lend to someone who has a stockpile of savings or to someone who uses debt to spend and borrows again to pay old debt?

    i don't get silver

    it's too bulky

    price of gold around $1,250/oz

    price if silver around $20/oz

    1 lb of gold = $20,000

    1 lb of silver = $320

if you have $20,000 to invest, you can buy 1 lb. of physical gold or 62.5 lbs of physical silver

it's much easier to store the gold

But then again Silver has a higher chance of gaining returns. While gold in nominal terms is near all time highs, silver is very far from its all time highs...
