    1) t-shirt (garment) manufacturer
    2) t-shirt reseller (wholesaler or retailer in a mall)
    4) t-shirt printer (screen printer) or in a more general term, t-shirt decorator

Of corse, andyan na yung tried and tested screenprinting, embroidery, etc. The new technologies involves heat transfer printing and even Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Maganda, start as a hobby lang muna, make good designs using Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDraw, then buy a heat press so you can make your own shirts.

p.s. there's a foum in the internet, www.t-shirtforums.com, lots of info there regarding the t-shirt industry.
