Nabuhay nanaman ang usapan nitong "tax on text". Is it because of Christine Lagarde's visit?

Dami nang binu-buwisan ng BIR, pati na ang association/condo dues hindi na exempt from income tax, making it more expensive for people to maintain their homes. I wonder why Kim Henares seemingly has no qualms making life difficult for ordinary citizens who earn compensation income while those who are ultra rich won't even feel the pinch.

On one hand, its her job to maximize collection... Di sya masisi... Kaya lang din nakalulusot yung mga changes in policy na ginagawa nya, is because walang nag iingay at kumokontra all the way to the supreme court ( even sa supreme court ang bagal nila mag resolve) ...

Di ko naman ma expect na mag ingay ang mga partylists since medyo "hi end" ang first impression kapag condo dues and club membership dues ang pag uusapan, i dont expect your favorite partylist group to make the rounds of media to protest this, kahit siguro yung mga reps nia mismo ay tatamaan dito ( political sensitivity? )

Not just sure if theres a federation of homeowners association that an actually do effective lobbying... It seems wala pa... Kaya makalusot talaga...
