true. it's like the comic book collection. ang kalaban mo time. we have only but 40-50 years after graduation to enjoy wealth and the world. after that, baka pati pag-ihi pinoproblema mo na hehehe
best investment eh yun mga businesses that can give you 50% to 200% profit. andami nyan, you just have to look and to be patient. bec. more often than not, babagsak ka muna before you realize these types of businesses. but like they say for every problem there is an opportunity.

same here. my pop bought their lot in ayala alabang before it was still developed. i think he got it for 600 sq. meter then (long time ago, i was only 11 years old then...)
not the going rate there is around 25000-28000/sq.m.
my officemate also got a lot in laguna last year for 1M. now ang value is 1.8M... imagine, 800k for just a year...

If I'm correct, you act as financier to the companies accredited by the LGU's to supply medicine. Since matagal ang bayaran (30 - 180 days), pinapa-finance/re-discount sa iyo yung mga Purchase Orders nila at 5% p.m. or more.
I was also approached years ago by a friend to do the same thing (pero office supplies naman), but I don't like dealing with corrupt bureaucrats.

) mukhang ok yun food carts, beauty parlor, one stop shop events organizer...

I think so but I don't know a lot of things about dealing with stock investments. Maybe he just wants to reassure me that there is a big probability of earning than lossing. Real estate lang talaga ang maganda. There are a lot here in Baguio but there are syndicates involved in selling prime lots which are not theirs kaya nakakatakot din mag invest.

care-giving center for old pinoys (whose kids can afford, but not willing to do care for them themselves). yung non-traditional, yung may lawn and activities which will make their last years meaningful
or
day-care center near the industrial parks (big market ito). parents can drop the kids off, then pick them up after 5pm. pwede din night-care centers for call center peeps
yan dream ko if ever i get the chance to own a business. make people lives easier, pero with personal care.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
What's the best car tint brand and color?
