    5% in a month? this should be a good money maker. How's the mechanics? Meyron akong nabasa from one Business magazine, quote "invest on Health related business, it is a good choice for the next 10-15 years".

    condo units. it takes tym to pay off but hindi malaki initial down and monthly depending on d developer. if u ask me for advice, advice ko ayala land. they're the #1 developer sa pinas ryt now and my mom's a part of it. so if ur interested, contact me.hehe

    My brother is in antiques as a side job. Kada weekend, nasa probinsya, bili dito, bili doon. Have it repaired or revarnished, then sell, with profits to boot.

    Ako naman sa stock market. Got myself a BPI-Direct account and applied for stock market access via BPI Trade. If you're a clever gambler, baka pwede ito. You can start out at 10K, but if you really need a lot of cash to get a bigger return.

    Sa stock market, kailangan marunong kang mag-timing. I have yet to attain this

    ok ito ah. sir pakibigay naman ng details kung paano maging private trader ng sarili mong pera sa stock markets. BPI lang ba ang may ganitong facility? ang hirap kasi pag sa mutual funds o uitf ka nag-invest, di mo makontrol kung paano nila itinitrade yung pera mo.

    Ang cons lang pag ikaw nagtrade sa stock market wala kang guidance ng experts bale ba real gamble talag pag nagtrade ka.

    tip lang.. kung wala kang alam sa stock market wag na.. kase pag di ka marunong mahuhubaran ka dyan.. yung stock na nabili mo kinabukasan biglang bagsak sa kalahati na wala kang kamalay malay... tapos ubos pa oras mo kaka monitor sa news.. baka atakihin ka pa sa puso halimbawa biglang nagkaron ng masamang balita sa kumpanya na may hawak kang stock..

    hayaan mo na yung mga experts sa trading.. mutual funds ka.. para habang inaabala mo yung trabaho mo, may mga financial experts ka na nag aabala sa pera mo.. basta dapat maganda at solid ang long term track record nung mutual fund ayos yun..

    pareho yan na try ko.. halos wala akong kita sa pure stocks.. sa mutual fund nag doble yung pera ko..sayang nga..maliit lang nailagay ko sa mutual fund e.. kung yung buong 10 million pesos ko pala nailagay ko sa mutual fund e di may 20 million na ako ngayon..naks! hehehe..

    di basta basta ang stock trading.
    maraming seminar tungkol dyan kung gusto mo talaga matuto. sa funds ang binabayaran mo ay yung expertise ng fund manager, sya na bahala mamili ng stocks. if wala kang oras para mag monitor ng stock market every working day from opening hanggang closing, ubos pera mo. bumabagsak na pala stock mo at di mo namalayan o di kaya tumaas nong 11 AM pero ngayon bagsak ulit, lost chance to sell.
