The best experience is for you to go though it. If it fails, that's an experience, if its a success that's also an experience. Don't think about all those business plan/study. That's all crap.

Ikaw lang nakakaalam Kung ano maganda itayo diyan sa lupa ninyo. We don't even know where is it located. So lahat bg mababasa long suggestion dito kung among business dapat, walang kwenta.

Don't over think, Just go for it.

I assume that the parcel of land is near to where you are staying now....

If it is very far, I suggest you should mull on selling it and use the money instead for some other business ventures. That is, unless you have the moolah for the gas (cheap nowadays) and toll (expensive) and the time and energy to manage the business in that property.... Or, relocate to that area.

I'm also planning to put up my own business, any LPG Dealers here? I'm thinking of setting up one in our neighborhood medyo bago ang subdivision namin and I think i have an advantage. I just need some inputs from existing dealers/owners. \

What are the things that I need to consider? so far I can see na palaki ng palaki ang subdivision namin from Phase 1 to Phase 6 na ngayon, I have access to the list of all the household living inside the subdivision since I will be developing the payment system for the subdivisions water bills. I've also created a facebook page para sa homeowners which I think can also be used as channel for marketing. Monitoring planning to develop/setup a simple app which will allow me to monitor ung mga sales ko and to do follow ups kung mauubos na ang gas tank (proactive measure), willing to give freebies din say for every 3 consecutive refills you get something in return.

These are my ideas, if anyone can give me other considerations please do post it.. will really help a lot, especially dun sa mga may experience na.

    TIA.

sir strikto ba yung subdivision nyo? some homeowners may complain about your LPG shop being a fire hazard, etc. etc. Me experience na dati kapatid ko diyan, kahit restaurant lang sa bungad ng subdivision e sinita pa rin ng homeowners association

For avoidance of future trouble/problem, your LPG storage should be isolated sa residential area aside from the fire safety controls in place.
