I will be renting a 1br condo unit in makati
and i need someone to share the rent with.
It would be 6th per month per person.
Here is what i am looking for a housemate
someone who can move around in absolute
silence. And you have to be employed,
28 years old up.I need someone who wont
invite all of her friends over to party.
I see it as a place where i can rest
and relax.

Please enlighten everyone with what you mean by this. IMO, taken literally, multo hanap mo. Walang multo dito sa Tsikot.com as mentioned earlier.

Thanks for the advise. And yes, if i didn't find a good "condo mate" I will get the studio instead. Well a 1br is much bigger.

don't get me wrong, but i think you will have a hard time looking for a good "condo mate" here in tsikot. isipin mo lahat dito eh may kotse (plus you) kung kukuha ka ng condo sa makati basically isa lang ang parking (kung meron man) so mahihirapan lang kayo pareho.

Pero, come to think of it, kung 1br lang yung unit and sa sala mag-stay yung housemate mo, parang malabo yun eh, IMO.

Baka naman Bunk Bed or king size bed na share nalang sila.. Kaya dapat can move with a great silence hehehehe

for me, kung hahanap din lang ako ng ka-share... share lang sa rent, hindi sa gamit. much better kung separate rooms, kasi you have personal things to protect most especially your valuable ones. mahirap na magtiwala ngayon.

as for me, mahirap may kasama sa bahay na ibang tao. parang pakiramdam ko kasi nakikitulog lang ako pag may nakikita akong iba.

studio type na. less hassel pa sa pakikisama...baka makatagpo ka pa ng weirdo.
