If you know the general vicinity and the specific lot number of your property(ies) listed on the title, maybe the local city hall would have a cadastral map of it.

yeah the technical description on the title kinda works like dead reckoning. from a reference point, go xx degrees northwest 50 meters to point A, etc etc

just have your geodetic engineer translate to GPS coordinates

Yes I have the lot number. I was able to get a map from the assessor's office but they only highlighted the property in the map. I'll ask around for a cadastral map.

GPS coordinates ba yung nasa survey? My lawyer friend told me yung sa survey daw is based on torrens with Luneta as starting point which is different from GPS?

Ilang months na, hindi namin ma locate yung properties. Although for sure may mohon na since may survey kasi but we don't know how to go there since it's just a vast land of palayan.The barangay based on Google is 80% palayan hehe.

I think nag increase value ng properties namin since San Miguel bought a portion of my Tita's property for TR4 (na magkakatabi kami) What's funny is my TIta sold hers without ever seeing the property so we don't know talaga

Open google map at sa search bar ilagay yung coordinates.
Makita mo sa google map approximate location ng mga mohon,
Pwede mag screenshot sa bawat corner post para madaling matandaan.
Then go sa location site using gogle map sa phone or tab there you will see your position vs the location of the mohons.

Kung may budget ka then hire a GE or surveyor,
Ang price depende sa size at dami ng mohon at kung kailangan pa ng cadastral map.
