If you know the general vicinity and the specific lot number of your property(ies) listed on the title, maybe the local city hall would have a cadastral map of it.

Kung 14.### 121.#### ang format ng coordinates, latitude at longitude yan, pwede yan sa gps at google map.
Kung walang GPS
Open google map at sa search bar ilagay yung coordinates.
Makita mo sa google map approximate location ng mga mohon,
Pwede mag screenshot sa bawat corner post para madaling matandaan.
Then go sa location site using gogle map sa phone or tab there you will see your position vs the location of the mohons.
Kung may budget ka then hire a GE or surveyor,
Ang price depende sa size at dami ng mohon at kung kailangan pa ng cadastral map.
