    nakakainis lang, pipirma ka ng 800 thousand for a 60 sq mt lot, two storey, yung ipinapakita nila na model house ang laki ng pagkakaiba sa turnover unit.

    yung kitchen wala man lang stove, or abang para sa stove, walang cupboard, yung upper floor talagang bare. Grabe naman pagka-greedy ng developer.

    Parang wala pang 200 thousand ang pinuhunan nila sa itsura at quality e.

    Saka yung designer hindi ba niya inisip kung siya kaya ang bibili or titira.

    Its common for the model unit to be fully furnished with all the bells and whistles. It exists to show the potential of the unit.

    The agent would be irresponsible and unethical if he/she misled you of the actual turnover spec and inclusions.

    seriously,
    sometimes, the significant contributor to the cost of the unit, is not the unit, but the real estate it is occupying.

    it is best that one look around, comparing prices vis a vis locations and units...
