Patay tayo diyan....ikaw naawa, sila di naawa sayo...As a landlord myself its not being walang awa or sakim, dapat lang before any commitments na involved pera or properties all should be in writing and may sufficient protection ka at the same time acceptable din sa tenant. Pag ayaw nila ng condisyones mo then no go. Thats goin to be more beneficial to both parties.
