heavy cost will be on equipment (6 "plantsa" industrial oven, ref, freezer, chiller if applicable)
suppliers marami. chocolate lovers, actron, thereemar
kung sa bahay lang, better para low overhead.
innovation is key. what makes your pastries different from the rest? what market will you cater too?
i suggest start by selling to friends first, build up reputation and clientele, then market products for december/christmas season.
get "dealers"/individuals to sell your product, give discounts to them. help others, help you

same business here but more on bread ako. kung wala ka knowledge sa baking, enroll ka muna sa basic baking (like PWu manila) kahit 1 month lang. wag wla kang alam sa baking lokohin or iiwanan ka ng mga bakers mo.its quality, location and cleanliness nung place mo na babalikan ng mga customers.u can find cheaper equipment and raw mats sa binondo and quinta market in quiapo.
