    [SIZE=2]Ano ba ang pwede nating gawin para ang stress natin ay hindi maging distress? Famous author and inspirational speaker,[/SIZE][SIZE=2]Dr. John Maxwell has the following suggestions:[/SIZE]

    [SIZE=3]Don't be overly sensitive to criticism[/SIZE][SIZE=3].[/SIZE]
