Hehe

Probably Sa mga commercial space ng mga new buildings with proper administration/management. Typically rental price are still given as fixed rate. xxxxx/month.

Then as for the high volume sales small shops. Most often than not sila na rin may-Ari ng tindahan.

Example ng difference ng Binondo malls Sa ibang malls like SM except yan lucky Chinatown which follows the same business model ng regular malls

Sa divisoria/168/tutuban doon Sa mga wholesale areas binebenta yun mga stall as in you own it unlike Sa regular malls na na lease mo Lang.

Then either you can just rent it out or open your own shop.

Not necessary as long as you have the money to pay the stall, you may own it. To be specific, yung bagong tayong 168 mall kailangan mo muna bumila ng residential unit bago ka makakakuha ng stall. new 168 stalls sell like a hotcake there..
