Sorry i mean umaabot ba ng 1k/sqm ang rent ng commercial space sa binondo area? not 100k.

yup meron. di pa nga sya located sa busy road kundi side street lang. ang paninda nya ay mga plastic product like bucket, tabo, monoblock chair... basta anything na plastic ang material. just imagine sa pagtitinda ng plastic products kayang kumita sa pambayad ng rental.

supply & demand. binondo is an great location to do business specially for wholesale. maraming mga streets dun like in el cano, caballeros, lavezares etc. kala mo walang benta coz yung store ay mukhang jurasic park sa pagkaluma pero millions ang sales ng mga yan. isama mo na rin na ginto ang parking space dyan. Hehe

Probably Sa mga commercial space ng mga new buildings with proper administration/management. Typically rental price are still given as fixed rate. xxxxx/month.
Then as for the high volume sales small shops. Most often than not sila na rin may-Ari ng tindahan.
Example ng difference ng Binondo malls Sa ibang malls like SM except yan lucky Chinatown which follows the same business model ng regular malls
Sa divisoria/168/tutuban doon Sa mga wholesale areas binebenta yun mga stall as in you own it unlike Sa regular malls na na lease mo Lang.
