Nurse ako * Australia, 7 months pa lang ako dito but I worked also sa United Kingdom for 7 years.
I have this doctor, he has a clinic in 3 hospitals, 2 sa NCR, 1 sa province. Pag check-up dito kami sa clinic nya sa NCR. Pero pag surgery, sa hospital sa province. Modern naman yung hospital sa province, up to date naman mga machine, magaling din mga nurse.
That was before the pandemic, now after the pandemic I need another surgery. Now he is scheduling me sa hospital sa NCR.
I've been watching these issue with lack of nurses during pandemic, I didn't realize I would be affected by this. I wonder how will this develop in the future. Maubuaan kaya tayo ng magaling na nurses?

that's really sad.. even my inaanak na Dialysis Nurse.. nasa Jersey na now.. a nurse here sa NCR will be lucky to get 20K a month.... kulang na kulang lalo na kung may pamilya.. eh sa Jersey.. she earns $5K to $6K a month.. that's 300K vs 20K.. so mauubos talaga nurses natin dito..
How much is he getting? 25k/month. Nalungkot talaga wife ko kasi it's a 5 year course sa medical field tapos ganun lang?
Kaya nakaka takot ma confine ngayon. Ang konti ng nurse. Ramdam talaga lalo sa private hospitals. Even tertiary Hospitals

Is this post pandemic? The last time I went to the hospital for tests was pre pandemic in St Luke's BGC. I've always been impressed with St Luke's BGC kaya I switched na rin from Medical City kasi malapit na, super asikaso pa (consistently) It seems like they have a high staff to patient ratio.
Psychiatrist ko sa Medical City. First time ko kanina dun and I felt comfortable than St luke's
