WFH since March 10. We are the chosen few that have stable internet connection kaya todo support. It's the least we can do since our employer advanced everyone's pay regardless of WFH status.
Finding it hard to structure my work day though, too many distractions. Trying to get in some Udemy time while on standby.
Im in the academe and we started WFH since a month ago. We use MOODLE as our learning management system and utilized several approaches like webinars, forums and podcasts.

[emoji16]
No work from March 17 til March 31.
Start of WFH April 1.
Akala ko pag napahinga magkakaroon uli ng enthusiasm sa trabaho. I was wrong.

Insulation from risks
He said the clients of Concentrix, which has nearly 50 sites in the Philippines, wanted to continue to work from home and so did their employees.
“Because if the employee is the one really attending to the needs of the customers of our clients and they are happy where they are, the customers will also be satisfied. From the perspective of our clients, they wanted to retain that kind of [result],” Montero said in an online interview.
Under a remote setup, both customer and employee satisfaction ratings have gone significantly higher than before, Montero said, although he deferred from disclosing specific figures.
When Concentrix surveyed 10,000 of its workers last March, 80 percent of them said a return-to-office order would affect their decision to stay in the industry, Montero said. Its clients also had reservations, he said, since offices would have to close—and therefore operations would be disrupted—in cases of COVID-19 outbreaks. A hybrid setup would be more insulated from the risks.

We devised a work plan in such a way that a colleague shall work only once a week.
Those who have health conditions are excused.
Those who are holding positions of responsibility are on-call.
The skeletal workforce who are in the frontline are wearing protective gears.
All the rest are working from home doing their backlogs.
But I’m always there. One can’t lead by remote control.
The cost of leadership is self-interest.

I'm starting to get cabin fever. I'm going to asking my boss for a slot at the skeletal workforce.
