Looking for a technical team lead with the ff. qualities:

- background in VB, at least 2 years actual programming, Java a plus
- analysis and design skills, at least 2 years, OOAD a plus
- with Team leadership capability and people mgmt skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- can interact well with all levels (end user to upper management)
- is not afraid of documentation
- can work well under pressure
- background in insurance preferred but not required
