I'm considering that type of investment too. May nag offer sa amin ng condo unit pre-selling pa lang at based sa pinakitang plan, it's 85% sold na. The location is close to SM San Lazaro and will be managed by AYALA land. I just want peeps to hear your opinion if it's going to be a good investment or not. I heard kasi na if it's by AYALA Land group, maganda at mabilis umakyat ang value ng units nila. Nakakagulat pa, price ng parking space is almost 500K!
